- Quotes

​

◦Sending your quote does not guarantee your slot or it means that we are already going to start producing your fursuit, the quote is just for giving a fixed price

- Ordering
 

◦You must be + 18 

​

◦If you are a minor, we do it with the consent of the parents or guardians, for this it will be necessary to send a photo of the minor's ID and the guardian who will approve the negotiation. In some cases, we may request audio or video proof 

 

◦The commissioner is aware that lying about their age or sending a fake proof of consent to the minor will lead to legal problems if there are issues during or after the commission, and that we are not responsible for this act

​

◦Fursuits are handmaded products, so they may contain flaws and imperfections.

 

◦ The max time to keep the reserves with the same price is 1 year, after that, if the commissions price changes, the price for the reserved fursuit will also change.

◦We will make the fursuit based on the reference sheet sent by the commissioner, we are not responsible for details that are out of reference and it was not notified before the production starts

​

◦It is not possible to request design changes after the production starts, but we may add some new features upon extra payment.

​

◦You can add changes on the character design before the production starts upon a 30US$ fee (for each change) + extra payment for new materials and supplies if needed.

​

◦It's not possible to change the character after accepting the quote and making the first payment, the commission will have to be cancelled and a new quote and payment need to be made (refund details on the 'refund' section) 

​

◦You cannot commission characters that were not created by you, such as characters you found on the internet, the commission will be canceled immediately, cosplay characters are allowed
 

​

 - Payment

​

◦The production starts at 50% of the payment done, 100% paid commissions get priority on the queue.

​

◦The slot will only be yours after the first payment accorded between the customer and the maker.

​

◦The shipping is always paid by the commissioner

 

◦Any taxes and fees are paid by the commissioner

◦The fursuit will be sent to the customer after the last payment.

​

 

- Refunds 

 

 

◦The customer is entitled to a partial refund, the first 50% payment will be used to purchase materials, so it's not refundable. If you cancel the commission, you will only receive the amount paid after 50%. 

​

◦The commissioner is not entitled to any materials, supplies or leftovers.

​

◦If the customer receives the fursuit and decides to cancel the commission, the amount will only be refunded after we receive the fursuit back, to avoid scams.

​

◦If the fursuit is returned for a refund, the fursuit will have the character changed and it will be sold.

​

- Production

​

​

◦The ones on the front of the queue will be priority

 

◦We do not work with deadlines, the fursuits will be made in the proposed time

​

◦If the customer commissions a full fursuit and chooses to work with measurements instead of sending a duck tape dummy (DTD), they are aware that we are not responsable for the sizing not being 100% accurate and it's up to them to fix the issue, we always encourage to send the DTD

​

◦The fursuits will take 3 months to 1 year to be finished, time varies depending on demand and quantity of parts ordered

​

- Around time for the production (starts after the materials and supplies arrives):

Fursuit parts: 3-5 months

Partial: 4-7 months

Full fursuit: 6 months to 1 year

◦The max production time is 1 year and a half

​

◦The commissioner is not entitled to any leftover materials

◦Delays may occur due to the delay in the arrival of materials via the carrier

​

◦We are not responsible for carrier delays when shipping the fursuit

​

◦We are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier

​

- Warranty

​

​

◦The product is completely overhauled and tested before it is shipped, we will only fix manufacturing problems, we do not cover repairs for misuse or damages caused by the carrier, to request the repair, you will need to send along proof that the product arrived in the specified condition.

​

◦The customer has a 30-days warranty after receiving the fursuit

​

◦ The customer is not entitled for a refund after the warranty is over, we will give other options to solve any issue, if the customer refuses any of the options, there's nothing left for us to do

​

◦If the purchase is canceled after receiving the fursuit, the shipping will be paid by the customer and will only be refunded after we receive the fursuit back

​

◦To get a refund, the customer must send the refunded fursuit parts back

​

◦We also offer selling the fursuit and the commissioner only have to send to the buyer (We do all the sale)

​

◦The commissioner must pay the returning shipping and any fees

​

◦Refunds will take 30-190 days to be made

 

​

- Fursuiting

​

​

◦You are aware that wearing a big animal costume is something that will cause heat, have limited vision, and walk in a limited way, which is completely natural while wearing any fursuit from any maker, we are not responsible for problems caused by heat, vision and limited walking, you are aware of what it's like to wear a fursuit.
